OUR STORY

In 2019, after a legendary career in the WNBA Rebekkah and her wife Bobbi Jo Lamar Brunson set off to open a Liege waffle truck that would use good food to spread the message of kindness and create oppurtinity for world changing conversations.

2020, in the Midst of a global pandemic, Sweet Troo Vi was given the opportunity to develop a line of plant-based cookies that would drastically change the business model and launch them into the wholesale industry.

OUR MISSION

Sweet Troo•Vī Waffle was created by Rebekkah and Bobbi Jo Lamar Brunson as a vessel for good. Our mission is simple. Eat Deliciously. Love Freely. Not only are we creating delicious products, but spreading love, encouraging change and doing the most good within our community. At Sweet Troo Vi, we understand that the youth holds the ability to transform our world for the better, and feel it is our obligation to uplift, support and encourage them to do so.

OUR ACTIONS

•With every transaction Sweet Troo•Vī donates a portion of its proceeds to benefit local causes with the greatest need throughout the Twin Cities with emphasis on youth programs and aid.

• We believe the best way to nurture a community is to keep the wealth in it. We partner with other small businesses minority/woman/LGBTQ+ lead highlighting different products and services, as well as sourcing our own ingredients locally when possible and working with local creatives to build our brand.

• Sweet Troo•Vī belongs to a community for all, and as we push ourselves forward our goal is to help and bring as many people with us by being (TROO) humans.
